Please allow between 2-20 days from the date of your order for your order to ship. I realize this is a rather large window, but one there to properly set expectations in the event I'm travelling or unable to step away from work immediately. More often than not, I will get your product moving within a day or 2 tops. If more than 20 days have passed, please email us orders@jonway.studio to review the status of your order.  If you need something by a specific date, please email me with your order number and a little context, and I can try to accommodate if possible.

Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Unfortunately, there are currently no returns allowed on purchases. All sales are final.

If you feel you have a just claim for a return, or if something happened in error on behalf of JW.S, or the final output is not of the quality you expected, please let me know and we can discuss. I want customers to be as happy as possible, but there's only so much I can do as a small vendor in the event you have a change of heart.
