I helped to re-imagine Alo's e-comm platform to address several pre-existing pain-points while looking for opportunities to evolve the brand. While we initially made efforts to evolve the brand, the scope of the project shifted to focus more on the site IA, content strategy, and implementing best practices. After that shift, I helped drive some of the top-level content strategy, and ultimately rolled off the project as it entered the design phase.
